Exchange or return of defective/damaged merchandise within 30 days of original purchase. Shipping for returns of defective/damaged merchandise will be paid for by Lord of Spice. Please email Spicelord00@gmail.com to get a pre-paid shipping label sent to you.
Exchange or return of non-food merchandise, with receipt and in good condition, within 30 days of original purchase. Shipping for exchanges or returns of non-food merchandise, with receipt and in good condition, will be paid by customer.
Food products are not exchangeable, but if there is an issue with a food product that you received from us, please contact us at Spicelord00@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
